We deliver our products as quickly and sustainably as possible:
If you order before 12 p.m., it will be shipped the same (working) day with DHL GoGreen and if you order after that, your products will leave our warehouse the next working day.
It usually takes between two and four working days for your skin care products to reach you. We ship exclusively climate-neutral with DHL (GoGreen) to offer you the best customer experience and to minimize the environmental impact.
Within Germany, we are currently offering free shipping for all our customers. Allowing you to look forward to your new skincare.
In addition to Germany, we currently ship to the following countries within the EU:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic and Hungary.
And of course we are working at full speed to be able to supply our customers in other countries.
For the countries listed above, we will cover the shipping costs as of a shopping cart value of €50 for you.
Between €0 and €49.99 the shipping costs are €5.00. This is necessary to maintain climate neutrality and at the same time to be able to support our social mission with you. Of course, we also ship internationally exclusively climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen.

As part of the ordering process, our customers can pay with PayPal. This works as follows:
1. select "PayPal" as the payment method at the checkout.
2. you will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment.
If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary. 4.

Should it ever be necessary to return an ordered product, for example because it was delivered incorrectly or something else is wrong, simply follow the steps described below. Don't worry, we'll make this as unbureaucratic as possible for you.
